Refund policy
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed and in its original packaging. Do not remove You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (copy of order confirmation with order number) This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, you must email us at hello@biglittleduvet.com.
Unless your products are damaged the cost of returning any item/s is covered by the customer including any taxes & import duties where the goods are being returned from any country outside the UK.
Duvets, Duvet cover sets, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and Mattress Protectors cannot be returned if packaging has been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons as they cannot be re-sold.
We’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.
Once the goods have been received at our head office, checked the customer will receive the purchase price of the goods less any original dispatch costs and duties incurred by the company.

Refunds on damaged goods
Please inspect your goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong goods. Our customer service team will ask you to provide a photographic image of the defective goods.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund for the value of your goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
