Shipping policy

All goods are shipped using the services of DHL next day delivery. Orders placed before midday Monday to Thursday are dispatched that same day. Any orders placed after midday are dispatched the following day. Any orders placed on Friday by midday are dispatched however delivery will be the following Monday. Orders placed anytime Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

From time to time our delivery service provider may be subject to delays or disruption to their services for which The Big Little Duvet Company Ltd cannot be held responsible. 

For any order over the value of £150.00 there are no shipping charges. 

Purchases delivered to countries outside of UK & Republic of Ireland may be subject to import duties which are to be paid by the purchaser. These duties are NOT covered by The Big Little Duvet Company Ltd.
