Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your goods to request a return label. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unmarked and unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (copy of order confirmation with order number) This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. 

Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, you must email us at hello@biglittleduvet.com.

If your products are damaged/ faulty the cost of returning any product/s is covered by The Big Little Duvet Co. 

If you wish to return the products for any other reason then the cost of returning these goods is to be covered by the customer including any taxes & import duties where the goods are being returned from any country outside the UK.  

We’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. 

Once the goods have been received at our head office, and checked, the customer will receive the purchase price of the goods less any original dispatch costs and duties incurred by the company.

Refunds on damaged goods
Please inspect your goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong goods. Our customer service team will ask you to provide a photographic image of the defective goods. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund for the value of your goods. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
