We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (copy of order confirmation with order number) This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, you must contact us at email@example.com. Unless your products are damaged the cost of returning the item/s is covered by the customer.
We’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods & Refunds
Please inspect your goods upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong goods. Our customer service team will ask you to provide a photographic image of the defective goods.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund for the value of your goods. You will not be refunded the cost of the original postage only the cost to return the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
